Ventrac in Greenville, OH

Bought a new Ventrac in 18 and when I have called in for parts or service they have always been excellent. The sales staff seems to have changed over post pandemic so I can't speak to that aspect now as I know what I'm buying and call ventrac for questions. But the guys in service go above and beyond.

Best customer service ever. Called yesterday with a problem and came out today and got it up and running . Will do business with them in the future Adding to this the model of mower that I needed and they made it got it right. Have it for 2 years and now a pleasure to mow, thank you

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We needed our mower picked up for repairs. Service team was excellent. Everything was explained, we were provided an accurate up front estimate. Fast/friendly pick up and turn around. Guys picking up were friendly, and very cautious when moving out mower as it had to be hauled out of yard. Top notch service!
